Food quality and keeping hygiene standards
Safety, or safety of food, is a key concern of our company. Company employees do the check focused on the quality of food throughout its movement in the production center, from its delivery through storage to processing to final product and its expedition. The purpose of this inspection is to ensure that only products which conform to the relevant standards would be in circulation.
The system consists of three levels:
- Entry control (purchasing food and its movement within the production centre)
- Inter-processing control (compliance with technological discipline in the production process)
- Output control (expedition of products in adequate quality only)
In accordance with the Regulation No. 137/2004 Coll. on hygienic requirements for catering services and the principles of process hygiene at activities of epidemiological importance, our company DORA Gastro introduced in all its premises a critical points control system HACCP.
We work closely with respective local offices of Regional Hygiene Office.
Quality of provided services
Quality of provided service is evaluated in our own quality management system (ISQM). Internally developed quality management system includes:
- Setting and monitoring meeting requirements of hygiene standards and relevant legislation
- Setting and monitoring meeting contractual or non-contractual standards of provided services
- Ongoing and periodic inspection of satisfaction of boarders
A part of quality management system are regular assessment interviews between the relevant client’s and supplier’s personnel, which evaluate reports from individual control days and results of boarders satisfaction surveys. The outcome of the evaluation interviews is a list of corrective measures to be implemented or to be implemented to develop provided services.
Quality management system is designed so that it supports active and individual approach to requirements of a customer.
Insurance
The Company is insured by Kooperativa Insurance Company to 50 000 000 CZK (€ 2 000 000).
